A complete and comprehensive approach to the athlete, encompassing all aspects of strength and conditioning, from explosive training to rest and recovery, this is periodized programming at its best.
To achieve is to fully commit to a higher level of performance. To maintain the quality and effectiveness of theories and applications of the program, a minimum commitment of 12 weeks required.
Strive
The building blocks of strength training create an infrastructure for power. Power propels speed. Speed facilitates quickness. Quickness compounds agility. What you build is only as good as the base it has been built upon. To strive is to build on a solid base for higher levels of performance.
Elevate
Movement precedes performance. Sound mechanics serve as the blueprint for physical efficiency. Mobility increases the scope of movement while stability develops the strength of the movement. To elevate is to progress into a better movement for efficient performance.
